This SECURITIES PURCHASE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated as of November 12, 2021, by and between QUANTA, INC., a Nevada corporation, with its address at 632 S. Glenwood Place, Burbank, CA 91505 (the “Company”), and TRILLIUM PARTNERS L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, with its address at Executive Pavilion 90 Grove Street, Ridgefield CT 06877 (the “Buyer”).
