THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED LOAN SERVICING AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is between SHF, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (hereinafter referred to as (“CUSO”), and Partner Colorado Credit Union, a Colorado-chartered credit union (hereinafter referred to as “Credit Union”), dated September 21, 2022 and is effective as of February 11, 2022 (the “Effective Date”).
