This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of January 2, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Lionel Marquis (the “Executive”) and The Singing Machine Company, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and sets forth the terms and conditions with respect to the Executive’s employment with the Company during the Term (as defined below).
