THIS CONSULTING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made this 23rd day of January, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Mangoceuticals, Inc., a Texas corporation (the “Company”), and Justin Baker, an individual (the “Consultant”) (each of the Company and Consultant is referred to herein as a “Party”, and collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”).
