THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Employment Agreement”) is made by and between Stanford Eschner (“Executive”) and Trio Petroleum Corp (the “Company”); Executive and the Company are collectively referred to as the “Parties”. This Agreement shall be effective as of the date of the Company’s IPO (sometimes referred to as the “Start Date” and/or the “Effective Date”).
