THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of February 22, 2023 to be effective as of March 13, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), entered into by and between Kevin Coveney (the “Executive”) and Enveric Biosciences, Inc.
