This Master Services Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”), dated this 16th day of February, 2023 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Atlas Power Hosting, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with principal offices located at 5046 143rd Avenue, Williston, North Dakota 58801 (the “Company”) and Creek Road Miners, Inc., a Delaware corporation with principal offices located at 35 E Horizon Ridge Pkwy, Ste 110 – 502, Henderson, NV 89002- 7906 (the “Customer”).
