Rolling Road, Unit 138, Windsor Mill, MD 21244, with company registration number 7339853 and Desarrollo y Promocion de Padel S.L., a company organized and existing under the laws of Spain (“Distributor”), and together with SBA, the “Parties”, and each, a “Party”).
