THIS CONTRACT OF SALE (this “Contract”) is made and entered into by and between 150 CCM BLACK OAK, LTD., a Texas limited partnership (“Seller”), and DAVIDSON HOMES, LLC, an Alabama limited liability company (“Purchaser”), effective as of the Effective Date (hereinafter defined).
