This SECURITIES PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of April 30, 2023, is by and among Esports Entertainment Group, Inc., a Nevada corporation with headquarters located at Block 6, Triq Paceville, St. Julians, Malta, STJ 3109 (the “Company”), and each of the investors listed on the Schedule of Buyers attached hereto (individually, a “Buyer” and collectively, the “Buyers”).
