This RESTRICTED STOCK UNIT AWARD AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is effective as of February 14, 2023 (the “Grant Date”), and is between Inspired Entertainment, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Daniel Silvers (the “Participant”), pursuant to the terms of Mr. Silvers Employment Agreement with the Company of December 14, 2016 as subsequently amended and the Separation and Release Agreement entered into between Mr. Silvers and the Company dated Jan 10, 2023. Any term capitalized but not defined in this Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in the Inspired Entertainment, Inc. 2021 Omnibus Incentive Plan (the “Plan”).
