THIS SHARE AND RIGHTS PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is made as of the 6 day of July, 2023, by and among AFCON HOLDINGS LTD., (Registration Number 520033473) (“Afcon”) a company organized under the laws of the State of Israel, ATEKA LTD.
