This Consulting Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and among Fog Cutter Consulting Corp. (“Provider”), Andrew A. Wiederhorn (“Consultant”) and FAT Brands Inc. (“Company”) as of the last date of execution below (“Execution Date”) and effective as of May 6, 2023 (“Effective Date”).
