This Third Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement (this “Agreement”) of Foxx Trot Tango, LLC (the “Company”), dated as of July 25, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), is adopted by, and executed and agreed to, for good and valuable consideration, by the undersigned Member(s) in order to set forth their agreement as to the operation and governance of the Company and any previous agreements, oral or written, regarding the content hereof is superseded by this Agreement.
