THIS ASSET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective this 3rd day of November, 2023 by and between INNOVATIVE CINEMA SOLUTIONS, LLC, a Kansas limited liability company (the “Seller”), PAMELA S.
