THIS CONTRACT FOR PURCHASE AND SALE AND ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS (the “Agreement”) dated as of November 13, 2023 and effective as of the Effective Date (as defined below) is by and between 150 CCM BLACK OAK, LTD., a Texas limited partnership (“Seller”), and CENTURY LAND HOLDINGS OF TEXAS, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“Buyer”).
