This Investor Rights Agreement (this “Agreement”), is made as of October 1, 2021, by and among CancerVAX, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), Bountiful Capital, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“Investor”), and each of the stockholders listed on Schedule A hereto, each of whom is referred to herein as a “Key Holder”.
