This Consulting Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 23rd day of August 2023, by and between Global Technologies, Ltd a Delaware corporation whose address is 8 Campus Drive, Suite 105, Parsippany, NJ 07054 (the “Company”) and Brain Bridge Advisors LLC (the “Consultant”), a Wyoming limited liability company, whose address is 18245 Paulson Drive, Suite 39, Port Charlotte, FL 33954, (individually, a “Party”; collectively, the “Parties”). This Agreement is non-exclusive.
