This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of February 22, 2024 with an employment date of March 4, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Flux Power Holdings, Inc., a Nevada corporation with its principal place of business at 2685 S. MELROSE DRIVE, VISTA CA 92081 (the “Company”), and Kevin S. Royal, an individual residing in the state of California (“Employee”).
