The undersigned, mF International Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of the British Virgin Islands (the “Company”), hereby confirm this agreement (this “Agreement”) with Joseph Stone Capital, LLC (the “Underwriter”) pursuant to which the Underwriter shall serve as the underwriter for the Company:
