This Employment Agreement is made and entered into as of March 1, 2024, by and among Landmark Bancorp, Inc., a Delaware corporation, Landmark National Bank, a Kansas chartered bank with its main office located in Manhattan, Kansas, and Abigail M. Wendel. As used in this Agreement, capitalized terms have the meanings set forth in Section 22.
