THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED OPERATING AGREEMENT of Roots Real Estate Investment Community I, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (the “Company”), is entered into and effective as of June 23, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), by and among the owners of Units of the Company (each such Person, a “Member”), as well as any and all other future Members of the Company (by execution of a written agreement to be bound by the terms of this Agreement) and the Board of Managers.
