This AGREEMENT is entered into by and between the Johns Hopkins University (“JHU”), a Maryland corporation having an address at 3400 N. Charles Street, Baltimore, Maryland, 21218-2695 and, Inhibitor Therapeutics (“LICENSEE”), a Delaware corporation having an address at 4905 Westshore Blvd Tampa FL 33611 and is effective on the 6th day of December 2023 (“EFFECTIVE DATE”).
