This Letter of Agreement (the “Letter of Agreement”) entered into as of the date set forth above (the “Effective Date”) will confirm the mutual agreement of Bitech Technologies Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“BTTC” or the “Company”), Bridgelink Development, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“BLD”) and C & C Johnson Holdings LLC, the sole member of BLD (the “Member”).
