Except as otherwise indicated, any capitalized term used but not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Plan. A copy of the Plan has been delivered to the Optionee. By signing and returning this Agreement, the Optionee acknowledges having received and read a copy of the Plan, including the early termination provisions set out in Article 7, and agrees to comply with it, this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations.
