Separation of Employment. By mutual agreement both parties have determined that your employment with the Company ends on July 12, 2024 (the “Separation Date”). In connection with your separation from the Company, you acknowledge and agree that after the Separation Date you have no authority on behalf of the Company and shall not represent yourself as an employee or agent of the Company. You further agree that as of the Separation Date you shall be deemed to have resigned from all offices, directorships, and other employment positions if any, then held with the Company, and shall take all actions reasonably requested by the Company to effectuate the foregoing. The Company will provide you with your final paycheck as part of this termination protocol, which will include all salary and/or wages owed to you for work performed through the Separation Date. You acknowledge and agree that the payments and benefits described herein are in full satisfaction of the severance related terms of your
