The following terms constitute a binding agreement (“Agreement”) between you, as an Investor (“Investor,” “you”) and Worthy Wealth, Inc., a Georgia corporation (“Worthy,” “we,” or “us”). This Agreement will govern all purchases of Worthy common stock (the “Worthy Common Stock”) that you may, from time to time, make from Worthy.
