This Stock Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) is dated and effective as of December 11, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Worthy Wealth, Inc., a Georgia corporation (“Buyer”) and Worthy Financial, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Seller”).
