This engagement Agreement, dated as of July __, 2024 (this “Agreement”), is made and entered into by and between Worksport, Ltd., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), and 2230164 Ontario Inc., an Ontario corporation (the “Consultant”) and Steven Rossi (“Rossi”). Rossi, Consultant and the Company are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”. Terms used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the meanings set forth in Section 11.
