This Amendment to Investment Management Trust Agreement (this “Amendment Agreement”) is entered into effective as of August 6, 2024 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Goal Acquisitions Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company, a New York corporation (the “Trustee”).
