This STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made on August 9, 24, among Pineapple Express Cannabis Company (the “Shareholder”), whose address is 12301 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 302, Los Angeles, California 90025; Pineapple Consolidated, Inc., a California corporation (the “Company”) whose address is 12301 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 302, Los Angeles, California 90025 and Matthew Feinstein (the “Buyer”).
