This ASSIGNMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND DEBT, effective as of this 22nd day of July, 2024 (this “Agreement”), is entered into by and between Soluna DVSL II Computeco, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Assignee”) and SDI SL Borrowing - 1, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“Assignor”).
