THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), executed to be effective September 1, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between Sanara MedTech Inc., a Texas corporation (“Sanara”, the “Company”, or the “Employer”), and Ronald T. Nixon (“Employee”). The Employer and Employee may be referred to singularly as “Party” or collectively as “Parties”.
