This Invoice Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) dated as of 9/23/2024 (“Effective Date”) is by and between LS DE LLC a Delaware limited liability company (“Purchaser”) with principal offices at 315 E. Robinson Street, Suite 200, Orlando, FL 32801, and Sonim Technologies, Inc.
