This BOARD OF DIRECTORS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) by and between QUALIGEN THERAPEUTICS, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and the undersigned signatory (the “Director”), provides for director services and shall become effective on October 8, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), according to the following terms and conditions:
