We are pleased to offer you continued employment with Applied Digital Corporation, a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) on the terms set forth in this letter agreement (together with Exhibit A hereto, the “Letter Agreement”), effective as of the later of (i) October 14, 2024, or such other date as mutually agreed in writing, and (ii) the date the Other Contingencies are satisfied (the later of (i) and (ii), the “Effective Date”).
