This Ninth Loan Modification Agreement (this “Loan Modification Agreement”) is entered into as of October 25, 2024, by and among (a) SILICON VALLEY BANK, a division of First-Citizens Bank & Trust Company (“Bank”) and (b) (i) CARECLOUD, INC. (formerly known as MTBC, INC.), a Delaware corporation (“Parent”), (ii) CARECLOUD PRACTICE MANAGEMENT, CORP.
