This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of September 30, 2023 (the “Execution Date”) but the terms and conditions are effective as of September 15, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Society Pass Incorporated (the “Parent”), Thoughtful Media Group Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), and Heather Maynard (“Maynard”). The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company desires to have Maynard serve as the Chairwoman of the Board, and Ms. Maynard is willing to perform such services, on the terms described below.
