THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is effective as of November 22, 2024 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Global Technologies Ltd, (the “Company”) and H. Wyatt Flippen (the “Employee”). The Company and the Employee shall be referred to herein as the “Parties.”
