This Master Services Agreement (hereinafter the "Agreement") is effective as of October 6, 2015 (hereinafter the "Effective Date"), by and among Turtle Beach Corporation, (hereinafter “TB”) with principal place of business located at 100 Summit Lake Drive, Suite 100, Valhalla, New York 10595, and its affiliated companies, and Hon Hai Precision Industry Co. Ltd.
