This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of October 7, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), by and between OptiNose US, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“OptiNose US”) and wholly-owned subsidiary of OptiNose, Inc. (the “Parent” and, together with OptiNose US, the “Company”), and Paul Terence Kohler, Jr. (“Executive”).
