THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made effective as of March 15, 2013 (the “Effective Date”), between State Bank and Trust Company, a banking corporation organized under the laws of the State of Georgia (the “Bank”) and J. Thomas Wiley, Jr., a resident of the State of Georgia (the “Employee”).
