THIS SECURITY AGREEMENT (this “Security Agreement”) is entered into as of December 6, 2013 among LOUISIANA-PACIFIC CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), the other parties identified as “Grantors” on the signature pages hereto and such other parties that may become grantors hereunder after the date hereof (together with the Borrower, individually a “Grantor”, and collectively the “Grantors”) and AMERICAN AGCREDIT, FLCA in its capacity as administrative agent for the Secured Parties (defined below) (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”).
