This Agreement is made as of the 14th day of October, 2015, by and among Curian Series Trust and Jackson Variable Series Trust (collectively referred to as the "Funds," with each referred to individually as a "Fund"), each of which are named insureds on a certain fidelity bond policy covering certain acts relating to the Funds ("Joint Fidelity Bond").
