THIS CONSTRUCTION SERVICE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of July 1, 2014 (“Effective Date”), by and between Tesoro Logistics, Operations, a Delaware liability company, whose address is 19100 Ridgewood Parkway, San Antonio, TX 78259 (hereinafter “TLO”), and Tesoro Refining & Marketing Company LLC, a Delaware company, whose address is 19100 Ridgewood Parkway, San Antonio, TX 78259 (hereinafter “TRMC”). TRMC and TLO are each a “Party” and collectively are “Parties” to this Agreement.
