THIS FIRST AMENDED AND RESTATED AGREEMENT OF LIMITED PARTNERSHIP OF ANDEAVOR LOGISTICS LP dated as of April 26, 2011, is entered into by and between Tesoro Logistics GP, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as the General Partner, Tesoro Corporation, a Delaware corporation, as the Organizational Limited Partner, Tesoro Alaska Company, a Delaware corporation, and Tesoro Refining and Marketing Company, a Delaware corporation, together with any other Persons who become Partners in the Partnership or parties hereto as provided herein.
