The undersigned understands that IASO BioMed, Inc., incorporated under the laws of the State of Colorado (the “Company”), is offering units (each, a “Unit”) with each Unit consisting of one (1) share of common stock, par value $0.0001, of the Company (the “Common Stock” and a warrant (the “Warrant”) to purchase one (1) share of Common Stock, at an exercise price of $.01 per share, expiring three (3) years from the date hereof (the “Offering”) to the undersigned pursuant to the terms of this Subscription Agreement.
