EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") dated November 1, 2017 (the "Effective Date") by and between DynCorp International, LLC (the "Company") and Gregory S. Nixon (the "Executive," and the Company and the Executive (each a "Party" and together, the "Parties").
