You have advised AMC Networks Inc. (the “Company”) that it is your intent to terminate your employment with the Company without Good Reason, effective January 2, 2025, in accordance with the final paragraph of page six (6) of that certain employment agreement dated October 19, 2022 by and between you and the Company (the “Employment Agreement”). Pursuant to the Employment Agreement, and in consideration for your signing and not revoking this Separation Agreement (the “Separation Agreement”) and the General Release attached hereto as Exhibit A (the “General Release”), and complying in all material respects with their terms, the Company agrees that it will: (i) continue your employment through the earliest to occur of: (a) January 2, 2025, (b) the date your employment is terminated by the Company (as defined in Section 3(a)), with or without Cause (as defined in the Employment Agreement); (c) the date of your resignation with or without Good Reason (as defined in the Employment Agreement
