THIS RIDER (the “Rider”) TO EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) entered into on July 3, 2015 by and between A. Bradley Gabbard (the “Executive”) and Advanced Emissions Solutions, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“ADES” or the “Company”), is effective as of June 12, 2015 (“Effective Date”).
